Hi,

Today at the Hogdalen's Matdax I saw such unprofessional and bad behaviour of your employee.

Even though it was not for the first time, this occasion was worst one.

I was standing in line after a woman with a kid. That kid reached couple times the goodies in the boxes and every time kid touched it, woman was very upset and he was trying to get kid out of goodies.

We were waiting very long time to get to the registers. It was actually your fault for long waiting in line. When suddenly one of your employees, young Girl, seems as supervisor there, started to yell at this lady with a kid. Yell and yell as this lady was a thief or something worse.

To be even worse, she called police who waited this lady with a kid right at the register. They humiliated this lady in a front of whole store and 50 customers who were waiting in the line.

Hey, what was she doing?

Wouldn’t be better that your supervisor, this young brainless girl-supervisor, just called this woman aside and explained her what she was doing wrong?

Unbelievable! If that happened to me, I would for sure consider contacting my lawyer.



And this wasn’t first time that something as this happened at this location. I saw once this same young lady – leaving the customer to talk with police officers and going out of store while the customer was waiting at the register. How unprofessional and careless.

When I came here one of my cousins told me not to go to Matdax to shop. I was surprised because you had very nice prices.

But obviously it is not everything about prices....Sometimes you need to think about customers too....

Believe me I would think about of going next time to your store in Hogdalen. Who knows who is next to be humiliated by your employees.
